I was brought into this world to be an artist. I feel it in my bones. God granted me this gift that was passed through generations, and since I was a young girl I vowed to hone my skill and use my gift to reach the far ends of the world. Art is a universal language, a timeless tradition. It is the lifeblood of humanity. In a time when artificial intelligence engulfs our way of living, we must hold on to what makes us human. For soon, I fear we won't recognize ourselves. The ability to feel complex emotions is what makes us human. It is my duty to illuminate the power of emotion and provide an avenue to feel. To remind each of us of who we are, who we can be, how to heal, and how to grow. To breathe life into every pigment, feel with every brushstroke, and preserve the essence of humanity in every painting.
