Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom and limited nature of fine art prints and originals, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

 

Replacement for Damaged Items

If your print arrives damaged, please contact inquiries@vlarafineart.com for replacement within 7 days of delivery, at no additional cost. 

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo evidence of the damage, including:
    • The damaged item
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label (if visible)

We may request that the damaged item be returned before issuing a replacement. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
